Now, the focus is on what the company does with the additional capacity AI has created. Six months ago, Cubeia’s experiment was essentially about replacing human-written code with AI-generated code.
Since then, it has evolved into something broader: a different development pipeline, a different role for developers and quality assurance (QA), a different way of organising teams and, increasingly, a different relationship with customers.

CEO Levin, who is set to transition to a chair role, commented on the shift, saying that he was very confident that Konstakis has what it takes to be CEO and drive OpenBet to new heights.
He [Konstakis] knows our business, our customers and our technology inside out, and has played a central role in shaping our priorities and how we execute against them. Furthermore, Nikos has been a true confidante and partner in the business since coming on board over eight years ago.
Levin added that he is looking forward to supporting the company and the wider team from his new chair role.

Both Squires and his predecessor, Coke Morgan Stewart, made it harder for filers to get in front of the PTAB, typically citing patent ages or court rulings.
In April, Interactive Games LLC, a unit of Cantor, sued DraftKings and Flutter Entertainment’s FanDuel, alleging the two largest domestic online sportsbook operators infringed on its patents. That suit arrived a decade after Interactive Games brought similar litigation against the sports wagering giants, which was challenged by both companies.
In the suit brought earlier this year, the Cantor unit accuses the two gaming companies of infringing on five of its patents and requested an undisclosed amount of financial damages.
